This fun-filled escorted tour showcases the music and history of America’s Heartland. This fabulous 14-day trip starts in the Dallas, Fort Worth areas of Texas then our travels will take us through Oklahoma and Missouri, before arriving in the Windy City itself, Chicago Illinois. We will visit some of the most iconic locations associated with Route 66 and learn some Native American History in America’s Heartland! Stays in Dallas/Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, Tulsa Oklahoma, Branson & St Louis Missouri and finally Chicago are all included in this exclusive itinerary.

As you travel with us – just relax and enjoy the music and scenery, we take care of the rest. It’s what we are good at! Hotels, food, show tickets and attraction passes, all the important stuff is looked after by us and we are always there with help and advice so that you can make the most of your all-important free time.

Day 1 - Arrive in Dallas/Fort Worth

Upon arrival - say hello to your fellow guests at a welcome meeting in the hotel. Then it's free time to enjoy downtown Dallas.

Day 2 - Dallas/Fort Worth
Day 2 - Dallas/Fort Worth

After breakfast we will depart the hotel for a visit to the 6th Floor Museum and Dealey Plaza then it's followed by a tour of JR Ewing's Southfork Ranch.
We will then travel a few miles to Fort Worth Stockyards followed by a visit to Billy Bob's the world's biggest honky tonk.

Day 3 - Dallas/Fort Worth - Oklahoma City

After breakfast we will depart for Oklahoma City! It's known for its cowboy culture and capitol complex and is surrounded by working oil wells. On our way we will learn about the Native American History of Oklahoma when we make a short stop at the Chicasaw Nation Cultural Center in Sulphur.
After a bit of sightseeing in Oklahoma City and hotel check in - we will sample the nightlife in Brick Town

Today you will have free time to discover Oklahoma City at your own pace...
This evening - Enjoy Free time to explore Oklahoma's Entertainment Districts

Day 5 - Oklahoma

Today we will take a trip to America's Mother Road - the Iconic Route 66!
We will enjoy a few "quirky" stops along the way including the Route 66 Car Museum.
This evening - we will enjoy a Stockyards Rodeo Opry Show

Day 6 - Oklahoma City - Tulsa

After breakfast we will depart for Tulsa.
We will Visit the Church Studio (Previously owned by Leon Russell) and have a sightseeing Tour of Tulsa
You will have plenty of time to discover the downtown area at your own pace...
Suggestion - Woody Guthrie Museum (Small charge)
Dinner and evening entertainment in downtown Tulsa

Day 7 Tusla Oklahoma

Depart for the day for a trip to Pawhuska
Visit the Mercantile Pawhuska, learing about The Pioneer Woman before the short drive to Ponca City to discover the secrets of the Marland Mansion!
When we return to Tulsa you will have free time to enjoy Tulsa's nightlife.

Day 8 - Tulsa - Branson Missouri

After breakfast we will depart Tulsa, for Branson Missouri - Stopping for lunch in Miami Oklahoma en route. This Ozark town in southwest Missouri is known as a family holiday destination. Its Country Boulevard is famously lined with theaters, which once hosted mostly country music performers but today present diverse entertainment. Also along the strip are the Marvel Cave, the Wild West-style Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction and Silver Dollar City, an 1800s-themed amusement park with live music.
We will Discover Branson Landing and have a quick driving Tour before the "Legends Show" this evening.

Day 9 - Branson Missouri

Today enjoy Free Time in Branson exploring at your own pace.
Suggestion - Take in another Show or two of your choice (Extra Charge)
Suggestion - Visit Silver Dollar City - A Theme Park located in the Ozarks (Extra Charge)

Day 10 - Branson - St Louis Missouri

This morning we leave Branson behind for our next stop - St Louis Missouri. This
city, built on the great Mississippi River. is known for its iconic, 630-ft. Gateway Arch, and Replica paddlewheelers on the river, offer views of the arch. The Soulard district is home to barbecue restaurants and clubs playing blues music.
Today we will enjoy Sightseeing and visiting the Gateway Arch with some free time in the evening to explore at your leisure.

Day 11 - St Louis Missouri

Today is your own to explore more of St Louis at your own pace.
Followed by Evening Entertainment (More details to follow)

Day 12 - St Louis - Chicago Illinois

Today we head for Chicago, one of the largest cities in the USA sits on the shores of Lake Michigan. Famed for its bold architecture, it has a skyline punctuated by skyscrapers such as the iconic John Hancock Center, the Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower) and the neo-Gothic Tribune Tower. The city is also renowned for its museums.
After some free time to settle in, we will enjoy Chicago's Entertainment Scene - popping into Buddy Guys and Kingston Mines for some great live music!

Day 13 - Chicago

Today we have a full day of exploring this wonderful city. We will enjoy the best of Chicago by jumping onboard a Chicago Shoreline Cruise and having a Music themed Sightseeing tour with a local guide hopping off to take pictures along the route.
This evening we will discover more about the nightlife and music of Chicago!
